Sadly there is a great deal of abuse within the industry, in particular with the charges that are made and the manner is which a bailiff is acting.

Due to the severe cutbacks in legal aid, we have attempted, in this site, to give to you sufficient information so that you will be able to write a letter of complaint personally , not only to the bailiff company, the company that instructed them but the courts also, in a way that is clear and easy to understand

Much of the information on our site is available in the public domain…however there is a great deal of further information that we have had to extensively research.

Due to the complexity of Bailiff law and with individuals being unaware of their rights, it is a fact that very few people resort to legal action and therefore there are sadly very few legal cases being reported.
