Which kind of bailiff can collect
arrears for CSA?
As mentioned above, the Child Support Agency has contracted out
arrears collection to two debt collection companies in addition
to the bailiff companies listed.
In order to levy on goods, or clamp a vehicle, they must
be Certificated Bailiffs.

Representatives from Debt Collection Agencies (DCA) are not allowed
enter into your home. If you invite them in for a talk, that is
up to you. However, most of their work is done over the telephone
they very rarely visit.
