I’m in receipt of benefits, how can I pay?

If you are in receipt of certain Benefits there is Statutory Regulations that allow for arrears to be deducted at source from your benefits at a nominal rate. The rate of deductions for Old Case CSA debts is set at £2.80 for the Low Rate or £5.80 for the High Rate per week.

It is vitally important that if you are in receipt of benefits, that you contact your Local Jobcentre Plus office that can provide you with the details of the application form needed. By having deduction made at source from your benefits, legally all bailiff action must cease.
