How can I check if the bailiff
fees are correct?
By visiting the Bailiffs Fees section
of our secure Downloads area, you
will see that we have provided you with a copy of up to date Scale
of Fees that the bailiff can legally charge when collecting Child Support Agency arrears. You can also access
details of other charges that have been agreed between the Department
of Work & Pension and the private Debt Collection Agencies
(DCA) that are contracted to collecting arrears as well.
We have also provided details of other Bailiff Fees to include
Council Tax, Parking Tickets, Congestion Charges, Magistrates
Court Fines and Child Support Agency arrears etc.
